This policy explains what information Beesnis.com collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Beesnis.com you agree to the practices described here and in our Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name and email address when you create an account (including via “Continue with Google,” which shares your basic Google profile and email).
- Mobile number: if you enable the SMS assistant, the phone number you provide and your consent record.
- Content you provide: your business idea, brief answers, uploaded logos, photos, copy, and any material you send by text-in.
- Photos and videos from the mobile app: if you use the Beesnis.com mobile app, the photos, videos, and audio you capture in it or choose to add, and, if you turn on album sync, new items in the albums you select. Sync only runs for albums you pick, can be turned off at any time, and uses Wi-Fi only unless you allow mobile data. With each file we receive its name, size, type, and the date it was taken. Location data is removed from photos on your device before they upload; videos are uploaded as recorded and may still contain it. We do not access the rest of your photo library or your contacts.
- Connected accounts: when you connect social platforms or a payment/registrar provider, we receive authorization tokens and limited account details needed to act on your behalf.
- Site & usage data: how you interact with Beesnis.com and, for sites you publish, basic visitor and performance data used to produce your analytics.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use information
- To build, host, edit, and publish your website and marketing content.
- To generate and schedule posts, send the notifications and SMS/email you opt into, and produce analytics.
- To operate, secure, support, and improve Beesnis.com.
- To communicate with you about your account and the service.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI processing
Beesnis.com uses automated and AI systems (including third-party model providers) to interpret your brief and generate copy, images, and posts. Content you provide may be processed by these systems to produce your outputs. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before you publish it.
4. Text messages (SMS)
The SMS assistant is strictly opt-in. When you enable it you give express consent to receive automated marketing and account text messages at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We retain a record of your consent and opt-outs. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
5. How we share information
- Service providers: companies that process information on our instructions to run Beesnis.com. Today they are:
- OpenRouter: routes our AI text and image generation to model providers.
- TypeSafe: AI used to fill in details when you start from an existing website.
- ElevenLabs: transcribes audio and video you upload.
- Clerk: sign-in and account management.
- Stripe: subscription billing and payments.
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES): sending email.
- Cloudflare: file storage, domain registration and DNS, video hosting, and cookieless site analytics.
- PostHog (EU hosting): product analytics on Beesnis.com.
- Meta, X, Google and Microsoft: only when you connect an account there (social publishing, calendars).
- Social platforms: when you connect an account and authorize Beesnis.com to publish on your behalf, per that platform’s terms.
- Legal: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Cookies & similar technologies
We use necessary cookies to operate the service and may use limited analytics. Where required, we will request consent before non-essential cookies are loaded. You can control cookies through your browser.
Beesnis.com serves its own fonts. Websites you publish with Beesnis.com load most of their typefaces from Beesnis.com; a few typefaces still load from Google Fonts and, if you add a map, the site embeds Google Maps. Those requests share a visitor’s IP address with Google, and no consent prompt is shown before they load.
7. Data retention & your choices
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the address below. There is no self-serve export in the app yet: to get a copy of your data, email us and we will put it together for you. You can turn off SMS at any time and delete your projects from the app.
You can ask us to delete your account and the data in it at any time, from the Account screen of the mobile app or at beesnis.com/account/delete. A member of our team carries out each request by hand; we complete deletion within 30 days and you can withdraw the request until then. Media you synced from your phone is deleted with the project it belongs to; removing a file from your library takes it out of Beesnis.com but does not touch the original on your phone. We keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and secure storage of connected-account tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. International users
Beesnis.com may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
10. Children
Beesnis.com is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a revised date and, where appropriate, notify you.
